Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading materials from various transport vehicles.
- Transporting materials to and from storage areas using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
- Organizing and stacking materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Conducting routine checks on material handling equipment to ensure operability.
- Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Strictly adhering to all Safety regulations and utilizing required PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, material handling, or related role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management principles.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all procedures.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
