We are seeking an energetic and efficient Picker/Packer to join our San Antonio, Texas warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring all orders are processed with speed and precision. Your duties will include reading order forms, locating items within the warehouse, carefully packing items to prevent damage during transit, and labeling packages for shipment. This position requires a good level of physical stamina, as it involves significant walking, standing, bending, and lifting items typically up to 40 pounds. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential, and all team members are required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety gloves and glasses, and to follow all established safety protocols. You will contribute directly to the success of our logistics operations by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or packing role is a plus, but we value a motivated attitude and a willingness to learn our processes.
