We are looking for a motivated Order Picker to join our logistics team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your efficiency and accuracy are vital to our operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Perform tasks that involve frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina for walking, standing, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform regular lifting tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and order fulfillment is a plus.
