We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves a variety of tasks critical to our **logistics** operations, including receiving and stocking of goods, order picking and packing, and preparing items for shipment. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and safe work environment, adhering to all company **Safety** policies and using the correct **PPE**. The ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent **Lifting** and moving of products, is essential. We value reliability, efficiency, and a team-oriented attitude. You will contribute to the efficient flow of goods and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment. Experience with scanning equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all **Safety** guidelines and wear appropriate **PPE**.
- Perform **Lifting** and moving of items up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Assist in **logistics** tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse **logistics** principles.
- Commitment to workplace **Safety**.
- Willingness to use **PPE**.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
