We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our logistics team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders from receipt to dispatch. You will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, playing a key part in our supply chain's efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Utilize scanning technology to track inventory and confirm order accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, emphasizing Safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 45 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is a plus.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
