Join our logistics team in Jacksonville, Florida as a Receiving Clerk! We're looking for a precise and reliable individual to manage our inbound flow of goods. As a Receiving Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all incoming inventory is accurately accounted for, inspected, and processed efficiently. This role is fundamental to maintaining precise inventory records and supporting seamless warehouse operations within our logistics network. Your accuracy is vital to our inventory management and overall supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities include: unloading shipments, verifying packing slips against purchase orders, inspecting goods for quality and damage, accurately entering receiving data into our system, organizing and staging received items, and maintaining a clean and safe receiving dock area. Safety is our top priority, and the mandatory use of provided PPE is strictly enforced. This role involves standing, walking, and requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Thorough training will be provided on all aspects of the job, including our inventory system, receiving procedures, and vital safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques.
