The ability to work independently and as part of a team is key. We value efficiency, accuracy, and a strong work ethic. Training will be provided, but prior warehouse experience is a plus. This position involves regular physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. You will work with various warehouse equipment and systems to fulfill orders. Our logistics network relies on the precision and speed of our Picker/Packers. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Verify picked items and quantities against order details.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Use appropriate packaging materials and methods.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order details.
- Capable of regular lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
