Join our dedicated team as a Fulfillment Associate in Des Moines, Iowa. This position is crucial to ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of order processing, from picking and packing to shipping. Your ability to work efficiently and maintain a high level of accuracy is key to our logistics operations. This role requires physical stamina for regular Lifting and a keen eye for detail. We are committed to fostering a Safety-first culture, and all associates must adhere to our strict guidelines regarding PPE and workplace conduct. You will be a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking items for customer orders.
- Packing products carefully and efficiently.
- Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling.
- Receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintaining an organized and clean work station and warehouse.
- Using inventory management systems and scanners.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily goals.
- Following all Safety procedures and utilizing required PPE.
