We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Worker for our facility in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is essential for the day-to-day operations of our logistics hub. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You'll contribute to maintaining an organized and safe working environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, team-oriented, and have a strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures. Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against order manifests.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor, work areas, and equipment.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and safety standards.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to guidelines for PPE usage.
