Our Columbus, Ohio facility is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist. This position is key to maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and assisting with physical inventories. Your role will involve using our WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track inventory, identify discrepancies, and ensure that all stock movements are accurately recorded. Collaboration with warehouse supervisors and associates will be necessary to investigate and resolve inventory issues promptly. This is a crucial role in our Logistics chain, impacting everything from order fulfillment to stock replenishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving. While not a physically demanding role, some occasional Lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required, and you will be expected to wear appropriate PPE at all times while in designated warehouse areas. Adherence to all Safety regulations is paramount. Prior experience in inventory control or a similar role within a warehouse environment is preferred.
