Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Virginia Beach, Virginia! We are looking for motivated individuals to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all items are correctly identified and prepared for shipment. This role is critical to our customer satisfaction, as you will be handling products that directly go to our clients. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment center. Attention to detail is key to minimizing errors and ensuring high-quality service. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. This position involves significant physical demands, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift. Strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE are non-negotiable. Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
