We are seeking highly skilled and safety-driven Forklift Operators to join our expanding logistics operations in Seattle, Washington. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe movement of goods throughout our warehouse facility. Your duties will include operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, transport materials to and from designated storage areas, and assist with inventory management tasks such as cycle counting and stock rotation. Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount; you must strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). A valid forklift certification and a minimum of two years of operating experience are required. Experience with various types of forklifts, including reach trucks and order pickers, is highly desirable. You must demonstrate a strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices. This role requires individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. While operating the forklift is the primary focus, some manual lifting up to 40 lbs may be necessary. Proper lifting techniques will be emphasized.
