Join our energetic fulfillment team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is the backbone of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped with speed and precision. You will work with state-of-the-art warehouse management systems to locate products, verify order details, and prepare items for shipment. Responsibilities include picking orders using RF scanners, carefully packing items to ensure they arrive safely, and applying shipping labels. Attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and organized workplace. Therefore, strict adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. This position involves standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and frequent lifting of items typically up to 40 lbs. Proper lifting techniques are essential, and training will be provided to ensure your safety and well-being. As part of our logistics network, you will play a key role in the timely delivery of goods to our customers.
