We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate for our warehouse in Boise, Idaho. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing a variety of products, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining precise inventory records. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify order details and product information before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring they are secure and properly labeled.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent work practices.
- Support the overall logistics and fulfillment operations of the facility.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of logistics processes and warehouse safety.
- Reliable and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
