You will be involved in receiving and inspecting goods, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This position requires physical dexterity, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset. You will operate various warehouse equipment and ensure the organized flow of goods through our logistics hub. We prioritize the well-being of our employees, providing thorough training, including safe lifting practices, and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we offer training.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
- Willingness to follow safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
