Join our growing distribution center as a Fulfillment Associate in Dallas, Texas! This role is key to our success, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, playing a vital part in our overall logistics strategy. We offer a fast-paced and collaborative work environment where teamwork and efficiency are celebrated. Your safety is our highest priority; we provide extensive training on all operational procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires physical stamina, including prolonged standing and the ability to perform lifting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders with care and efficiency, ensuring product integrity.
- Verify order accuracy before staging for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and logistics best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
- Experience with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and performing repetitive motions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Awareness of safety procedures and the importance of using PPE.
