Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and record-keeping.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety protocols.
- Properly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as required.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and other stock management activities.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety in the workplace.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule as needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
