Are you ready to join a dynamic team in Detroit, Michigan as a Warehouse Associate? We are seeking dedicated individuals to manage the flow of goods within our warehouse. Your responsibilities will span receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, playing a critical role in our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Practice safe lifting techniques and material handling practices.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Support the seamless execution of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for entire shifts.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds routinely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse safety and logistics principles.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and wearing required PPE.
