We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is integral to our supply chain, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods. You will perform a range of duties including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols, and properly utilizing PPE . This position offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail and efficiency are key. You will contribute to our overall logistics operations by ensuring the smooth flow of products through our warehouse. The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and follow instructions precisely is essential. This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting .
Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Put away stock in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization.
- Pick items accurately to fulfill customer orders, ensuring correct quantities and product types.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE .
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Support the overall logistics team in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics . Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
