Join our vibrant warehouse team in Salt Lake City, Utah, as a Picker/Packer. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, meticulously packed, and prepared for timely shipment. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanners, assembling orders, carefully packing items to prevent damage during transit, applying shipping labels, and staging packed orders for carrier pickup. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction by ensuring order accuracy and quality. Maintaining a safe and organized workspace is essential, and all required PPE will be provided. You must adhere to all safety guidelines and logistics best practices. This position involves frequent standing, walking, and some lifting, up to 40 lbs. We are seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
