We are seeking a diligent and experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate for our Nashville, Tennessee operations. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of goods into and out of our distribution center. You will be responsible for accurately processing incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and organizing received goods for storage or distribution. On the shipping side, you will prepare outgoing orders, ensuring they are correctly packed, labeled, and staged for carrier pickup. A strong understanding of logistics and inventory management is essential. You will operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently and safely. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment is a key responsibility. We emphasize the importance of Safety and require all team members to strictly follow established procedures and wear all mandated PPE. This role involves considerable Lifting of materials and requires physical stamina.
