Up to £100,000 plus Benefits Our leading UK infrastructure client is seeking an experienced Business Solutions Lead to manage IT solutions that directly support business functions and ensure strong alignment between technology delivery and business objectives. This is a key leadership role requiring a solid background in ERP systems, alongside excellent stakeholder, team, and vendor management skills. You will bring strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Logistics solutions, with the ability to lead large-scale, complex IT programmes that address overarching business needs. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will support strategic planning and define roadmaps for continuous improvement, ensuring maximum value from technology investments. You will also oversee software selection, supported by enterprise and technical architecture reviews, while identifying long-term opportunities and challenges to develop plans aligned with organisational goals. This role requires a willingness to travel to different locations approximately once per week.
