Internal Sales Trainee

About the role: You'll be undertaking tasks such as responding to incoming enquiries, responding to customer queries and processing orders. Expect to be on the phone and using the full suite of Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook and Teams. You'll proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and look for opportunities to upsell and add value. We're looking for someone confident and proactive and who isn't afraid to get stuck into a range of tasks.
