Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar analytics role Demonstrated experience building production-ready reports and dashboards for business users SQL (advanced querying, joins, performance optimization) Big-data processing platforms or similar cloud-based analytics platforms certificaton is required. If candidate does not have the certification upon hire, must obtain certification within 6 months of employment Experience building and maintaining enterprise reports and dashboards Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouses Proficiency with Excel for analysis and validation Familiarity with claims data concepts such as loss trending, catastrophes, severity, frequency, and cycle time Experience working with large, complex datasets in a regulated environment Exposure to data governance, data quality, or regulatory reporting This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
