The shift pattern available is,the day shift (5am – 5pm). Successful candidates will be following a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Working for a global supply chain, your duties will involve: General office duties Meet and greet workers and drivers Answering the phone and responding to emails Booking in, handing out start times and allocating keys to drivers Dealing with any queries Assisting with the daily planning of staff and routes Assisting the FLM Reporting KPIs Logging attendance Liaising with agencies regarding staff/pay queries
Successful Candidates: Punctual, reliable and hard-working individual Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic Be over the age of 18 years old for insurance purposes Respectful of all staff and vehicles Previous experience within an administrative role is preferred. Previous experience within transport is not essential however it is desirable. Other Information: The role is being offered on a temporary ongoing basis.
