As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships and ensure smooth management of their banking, administrative, and legal structures. You will act as a trusted partner, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities Manage and oversee client relationships independently across administrative, banking, and legal matters.
Monitor cash flows, maturities, and transactions, ensuring liquidity planning and accurate reporting.
Execute the full investment lifecycle for Private Equity and Hedge Fund commitments, from subscriptions to capital calls and distributions, coordinating with fund managers, custodians, and advisors.
Maintain and update loan schedules, corporate records, and organizational charts.
Onboard new clients, including KYC collection, contract preparation, and bank account openings with custodians.
Handle updates, changes, and closures of banking relationships.
Collaborate closely with service providers, trustees, lawyers, and banks to ensure seamless operations.
Support and deputize the Head of Client Management Team, including contribution to projects and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements (AML, Cross-Border, Code of Conduct).
Drive efficiency and foster strong cooperation across departments and stakeholders. Your Profile Proven experience in client administration/account management within Swiss banking.
Knowledge of Trust Business is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, with excellent organizational and execution skills.
Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
Strong service orientation, flexibility, and entrepreneurial mindset.
