Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Specific Hours: 39 hours per week
Competitive Salary:- Unqualified: Starting at £26,785.82, with potential earnings up to £32,185.82 including sleep-in shifts.
- Qualified (Level 3 Diploma or equivalent): Starting at £27,355.29, with potential earnings up to £32,755.29 including sleep-in shifts.
- Comprehensive training and support to achieve your Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or Level 4 Apprenticeship.
- £45 per sleep-in shift (average 8-10 per month).

We are looking for Residential Childcare Support Workers across Yorkshire to provide personalized care and meaningful experiences for our young residents.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:- Safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of young people.
- Building positive, trusting relationships.
- Encouraging their interests, development, and independence.
- Participating in activities and creating a warm, inclusive home environment.
- Completing sleep-in duties as part of a flexible rota.
