TT-Line is one of the leading ferry companies in the Baltic Sea, using modern ferries between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. TT-Line carries over 1,000,000 passengers and more than 500,000 freight units annually on its 4 routes, making it the market leader in southern Sweden traffic. TT-Line currently employs around 900 people on board and in the land offices in Travemünde, Rostock, Trelleborg, Karlshamn, Świnoujście / Szczecin and Klaipėda.

To complement our Freight team, we are looking for a detail-oriented Administration Specialist Freight. This role focuses on administrative processes, reporting, and analytical support, ensuring efficient and data-driven operations.

Freight Administration Specialist (m/f/d)
  • Manage and maintain sales-related administrative processes and documentation
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance analyses
  • Support pricing updates, contract administration, and data accuracy
  • Analyze sales figures, customer data, KPIs, and market trends
  • Securing fast and efficient cost forwarding
  • Ensure data quality in internal systems (CRM, P&I)
  • Collaborate closely with the Freight team to optimize workflows and processes
  • Manage the processing and handling of customer requests
  • Assist the operations team by delivering additional support services

  • Completed education in business administration or a related field
  • Initial experience in administrative roles, ideally within shipping, logistics, or customer service environments
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong process understanding with a structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented approach
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • High level of reliability with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to relocate if required
