Join our dynamic logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is integral to our warehouse operations, focusing on the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including receiving goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing items, and preparing them for shipment. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. You will utilize warehouse technology, such as scanners, to manage inventory and fulfill orders correctly. Adherence to safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed and grow within our company. Your contribution is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order contents against documentation.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Follow all safety guidelines, including correct lifting practices and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to safety and the use of required PPE.
