As part of a small technical team working closely with Brian Armstrong, the CEO of Coinbase, you will focus on creating consumer-facing AI products. Your Responsibilities: Design and develop key services and interfaces that translate natural-language objectives into compliant Coinbase product workflows. Integrate risk and compliance measures directly into operational paths. Collaborate with multiple product teams at Coinbase to enhance their features through AI-driven experiences, ensuring consistency in concept, design, and style. Troubleshoot and resolve complex fullstack issues to maintain stability, reliability, and security. Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold high code quality standards. What We Are Looking For: At least 5 years of experience in both backend and frontend software development. Proficient in Go and Typescript. Experience with React/React Native frameworks. Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with legal, security, compliance, and engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of financial services, cryptocurrency, or rapidly growing tech environments. Experience in startups, developing products from inception to launch, and possessing a strong sense of ownership. Familiarity with regulated financial products. Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position ranges as outlined below. Total compensation may also encompass equity, bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $186,065-$218,900 USD Please note that each candidate may submit a maximum of four applications within any 30-day period.
