We are looking for a Lead Solutions Architect to spearhead cloud architecture and technical solutions for our mesh WiFi analytics platform, catering to our largest clientele. This pivotal position merges deep knowledge in systems and networking to design scalable solutions tailored for our B2B customers. You will operate at the confluence of cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, and WiFi technology to ensure outstanding experiences for our expanding partner network. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop enterprise-scale cloud solutions using AWS to facilitate eero's management platform across multi-tenant ISP deployments serving millions of users.
Lead strategic discussions with C-level executives and decision-makers at Tier 1 ISP partners, showcasing complex architectural solutions and eero's product roadmap based on REST APIs and data delivery systems.
Drive API integration strategies between eero's platform and ISP partner systems, establishing best practices for modern cloud services at scale.
Act as the main technical contact for eero's largest ISP accounts, managing cross-functional relationships with customer teams and internal stakeholders.
Serve as the voice of the customer by converting partner needs and challenges into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
Communicate eero's technical vision and roadmap to executives, illustrating business benefits and competitive advantages.
Create reference architectures and proof-of-concept implementations that highlight scalable solutions for enterprise ISP deployments.
Influence eero's technical direction through collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, advocating for partner needs and market dynamics.
About the Team: Interested in joining eero? Visit our careers page to view all open positions. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data analytics.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing technology solutions and driving comprehensive technology roadmaps for cloud transformations.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level presentations, training, and publications.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with distributed systems design and implementation.
Understanding of large-scale automation and workflow management.
Knowledge of database design and implementation.
Strong presentation and whiteboarding skills with comfort engaging executives, IT management, and developers.
Experience in architecting, migrating, and modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.

The base salary range for this position is USD 182,800.00 - 247,300.00 annually, and in San Francisco USD 210,200.00 - 284,300.00 annually.
