We are currently looking for an individual to assist with landscape construction in the summer and run a variety of winter equipment in the winter. Winter crew management positions could also be available for the right candidate.
The Landscape Construction Lead is responsible for performing various work tasks to assist with the completion of landscape construction projects. Landscape Construction Lead must operate various tools and equipment to carry out specific job tasks. If you currently have a CDL A license, it is plus but not required.
We are seeking candidates for full-time, year-round positions. While Snow and Ice Management is our core focus in the winter, we prioritize our employees' work-life balance during the summer months. We recognize that winter can be demanding, so we are committed to providing significant summer flexibility to ensure our employees have ample time off. Our standard summer schedule is a 4-day work week (four 10-hour days), making 3-day weekends common so you can enjoy the nice weather. Optional fifth-day overtime is also available. Furthermore, we offer employment security year-round. We provide a guaranteed 40 hours per week during the winter season to the right individual, ensuring stable income regardless of weather-related lulls.
