For our company headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as
(Senior) Transformation Manager (m/f/d)
As a Transformation Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of our Transformation Office and act as a central interface between business units, functions, and management. Together with internal and external stakeholders, you will orchestrate large-scale transformation initiatives with a tangible impact on structures, processes, systems, and culture. You will take ownership of the steering and execution of one or more strategic transformation programs, for example related to the introduction of new business models, the integration of newly acquired entities, or the further development of our organization. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Transformation and make a significant contribution to MB Energy's long-term sustainability and future readiness.
Your tasks in a nutshell:
- Strategy: You work with business units and functions to develop clear target pictures for company-wide change and derive concrete transformation roadmaps.
- Project Management: You lead strategic transformation initiatives end-to-end and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
- Change: You create transparency around transformation objectives and benefits, foster acceptance, and support leaders and teams throughout the change process.
- Processes: You analyze existing business processes and organizational structures and design future-proof, scalable solutions.
- Systems: You identify opportunities to further develop systems and digital tools and accompany their successful implementation.
- Performance: You define suitable KPIs together with relevant stakeholders, monitor progress, and initiate corrective actions where required.
- Education: A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a comparable field
- Experience: Several years of familiarity with leading transformation, change, or large organizational development projects in complex organizations
- Methodological Expertise: Strong knowledge of project and process management methodologies as well as common change management approaches
- Industry Background: Expertise in the energy sector or related industries advantageous (no must)
- Languages: Fluency in German and English.
