Job Description:-
Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using modern ML frameworks, LLMs, and agentic AI architectures to solve complex business problems. Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval frameworks to enhance contextual accuracy for enterprise use cases. Create, test, and refine prompts (prompt engineering) including system instructions, chains, and templates to improve LLM output quality and reliability. Implement autonomous agent workflows capable of multi-step reasoning, decision-making, tool use, and orchestration across applications. Ensure Responsible AI (RAI) compliance by integrating safety guardrails, fairness checks, bias mitigation, hallucination control, and transparent model documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and lead end-to-end deployment, optimization, and MLOps integration.
