Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled
Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying predictive models and AI systems that drive strategic decision-making and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision applications. Clean, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns and actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to understand requirements and deliver AI-based solutions. Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and tools in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI. Build and maintain data pipelines and model deployment infrastructure (e.g., using MLOps best practices). Monitor model performance in production and implement improvements or retraining strategies. Document code, methodologies, and research findings clearly and concisely. Stay current with industry trends, AI research, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (PhD is a plus). 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles. Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Hugging Face. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning techniques. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow. Familiarity with data querying tools (SQL, Spark) and version control (Git). Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with NLP, generative AI (e.g., LLMs), or computer vision projects. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices. Experience with MLOps tools and deploying models at scale. Background in a specific industry such as healthcare, fintech, or e-commerce.
