Customer Engagement: Present technical concepts and solutions to customers, highlighting Ascential's capabilities and value propositions. Manage customer feedback and ensure satisfaction. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering and manufacturing, to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposals with company capabilities. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior applications engineers, fostering their development and ensuring consistency in the quality of work produced by the team. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends to enhance Ascential's technical offerings. Drive continuous improvement in proposal processes and customer support. Salary Range: $120,000- $150,000
