With 10 active locations and plans to add 1–2 new sites each quarter, we are building a high-performing team to support our continued scale.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Inventory & Clinic Implementation Specialist to join our Chicago-based team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless operations across all clinic locations by managing medical supplies, supporting new clinic launches, and collaborating closely with both our headquarters staff and field-based nurses.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee medical inventory and supply ordering for all clinic locations
• Manage vendor relationships and purchasing workflows
• Support on‐site clinic setup, implementation, and operational readiness
• Collaborate with the Chicago based team to provide onsite support, and the clinical staff in the field for supply ordering needs
• Maintain accurate records and inventory reporting across locations

Required Qualifications

• Medical knowledge or clinical experience is mandatory
• • Backgrounds such as Medical Assistant, Radiologic Technologist, Nurse, or Medical Office Manager are highly valued
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel 20–50% as needed for clinic setup and support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management or medical supply ordering
• Knowledge of vendor coordination and procurement processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

If you meet at least two of the three core skill areas—medical experience, inventory management, or supply ordering—we are willing to provide training for the remainder. However, clinical or medical experience is a non-negotiable requirement.
