Production Clerk

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Assistant to take control of daily warehouse orders. If you know how to move fast, lead a team, and get things done — we want you.

What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of production flow inside the warehouse
• Lead and push teams (picking, packing)to hit daily targets
• Ensure orders go out on time, every time
• Monitor productivity and fix problems immediately
• Keep inventory accurate and operations running smoothly
• Enforce discipline, safety, and efficiency across the floor

What We Need:

• 1+ years of warehouse/logistics experience
• Proven leadership — you know how to manage people and deliver results
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solver mindset
• Excel experience is a big plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
