Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and organized individuals to join our team as Inventory & Quality Assistants. This role focuses on product sorting, basic data entry, and maintaining accurate inventory records in a structured warehouse environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with systems, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced but supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize products by category (e.g., hardcover vs. softcover books)
• Place items into designated bins with accuracy
• Perform basic data entry and update inventory systems
• Track and maintain accurate product counts
• Identify and report discrepancies when needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
• Follow safety guidelines and standard procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, retail, admin, or similar roles is helpful but not required
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable with consistent attendance
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements

• Role involves being on your feet for most of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed
