Warehouse Assistant/Forklift Operator

We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys matching part numbers, checking off “To-Do” lists, working with tools and their hands. We are a small rep company selling waterworks related products in southern California. Looking to hire a responsible warehouse associate to process, pick and pack orders. Candidates well qualified for this job like to work in tidy environment, assemble orders daily, as well as keep inventory and manage shipping and receiving goods. You will be working 4-6-hour shifts Mon-Fri with possibility for full time.

Daily tasks include:

• Operate forklift safely and successful completion of online safety certification
• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products
• Packaging products and wrapping pallets for shipping
• Receiving inventory, unloading, and loading pallets
• Verify items against the record of shipment, and inspect product condition
• Creating and Printing BOLs, and shipping labels
• Arranging pickups for LTL orders
• Occasional heavy lifting
• Inventory checks, restocking shelves
• Previous experience in warehouse a plus
• Keeping the space tidy and organized and clean
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Experience with hand tools for subassemblies or finished products a plus

Basic English skills mandatory for internal communication within company.

Basic computer skills mandatory to operate Outlook, and online shipping portals.  

Schedule:

• 4-6 hour shift with possibility for full time
• Monday to Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm or later
• No weekends

Pay: 17.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience

Work Location: Orange, CA 92868: Reliable transportation required.
