We are seeking a skilled engineer with expertise in firewall management and system configuration to join our dynamic team. This role involves responding to policy requests and incidents, coordinating with multiple groups, and following approved processes for policy approvals, change management, and problem management.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with Trellix configuration on the Mac operating system Strong knowledge of the Trellix application and administration console Proficiency in Trellix ePO application and administration console, specializing in one or more areas such as ePO administration, Trellix Agent, ENS Threat Prevention, ENS Firewall, or DLP Working knowledge of the Windows operating system Understanding of Change Management applications and processes Ability to document findings, configurations, and processes effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work between teams and direct towards consensus Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a financial institution or similar environment Additional certifications in network or system engineering Experience with other firewall applications and security protocols Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve policy requests and incidents related to Trellix applications Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth policy approvals and change management Diagnose and solve application incompatibilities and system resource management issues Document all configurations and processes Company Benefits & Culture
