Business Intelligence & Analytics Analyst
Position Purpose
Bring data to life and turn insights into action. In this role, you'll use advanced analytics, problem-solving skills, and data visualization to help the business make smarter decisions. You'll partner closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, transform complex data into compelling dashboards and stories, and deliver insights that drive measurable business value.
You'll work with both structured and unstructured data, applying statistical modeling and best practices to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Your work will enable leaders to better understand performance, optimize operations, and plan confidently for the future.
What You'll Do Analyze business needs and translate them into clear technical and analytical requirements Design, build, and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights Apply advanced analytics and statistical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities Partner with business stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions align to real-world needs Leverage modern BI and data visualization tools to tell clear, compelling data stories Continuously improve reporting and analytics by applying best practices and emerging trends Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience using Business Intelligence tools such as
Tableau
or
Power BI Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including experience with mathematics and statistics A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and action orientation Preferred Qualifications
Experience applying BI and analytics solutions in a
manufacturing environment Exposure to cloud-based data warehouse platforms such as
Snowflake
or
Azure Data Warehouse Experience with ERP systems such as
Oracle
or
SAP Familiarity with tools used within specific functional business areas Key Accountabilities
Assess and resolve a wide range of BI and analytics challenges using creative and effective approaches Partner closely with assigned functional areas to understand business processes and analytics needs Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, and insights across the organization Become a subject matter expert in assigned business areas, including data sources and workflows Apply and share BI&A best practices to improve analytics quality enterprise-wide Stay current on trends, tools, and innovations in the BI and analytics space Collaborate with business SMEs, analysts, and offshore partners to deliver timely, accurate insights Develop Tableau visualizations in alignment with established governance standards Support self-service analytics by assisting and enabling other BI users Adhere to Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management System requirements
