Über
*-Cost Estimation:* Prepare and deliver estimates of time, money, materials, and labor needed for projects. This includes analyzing blueprints and specifications to determine the necessary resources.
*-Collaboration:* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate estimates. Communicate effectively with management and vendors to clarify project requirements and expectations.
*-Research:* Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure estimates are competitive and accurate.
Required skills and Qualifications would include:
*Analytical Skills:* Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess technical documents and proposals effectively.
*Numeracy Skills:* Proficiency in mathematics to accurately estimate costs.
*Attention to Detail:* A keen eye for detail to ensure all factors are considered in the estimation process, identifying potential issues in advance.
*Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors and team members effectively.
Experience in the aerospace industry is required, and a basic knowledge of sheet metal forming, machining, welding, and other manufacturing processes is a must. This job is in-person only (no remote work)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
