Position Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and daily operations of the Integra Staffing branch. This role oversees recruiting, sales, client relations, compliance, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional service to both clients and candidates. The Branch Manager leads by example, develops team members, and drives business development to expand Integra Staffings market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations & Leadership
- Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff, including recruiters and support personnel.
- Establish and monitor branch goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to Integra Staffing policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Business Development & Sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in alignment with company standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local labor conditions.
Recruiting & Talent Management
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
- Ensure timely placement of qualified candidates to meet client needs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of talent through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure candidate satisfaction, retention, and performance follow-up.
Client & Employee Relations
- Act as the primary escalation point for client and employee concerns.
- Resolve issues related to attendance, performance, safety, and workplace conduct.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Promote a positive, professional, and ethical work environment.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Oversee safety protocols, workers compensation reporting, and incident investigations.
- Ensure proper documentation for onboarding, I-9s, background checks, and drug screens.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 35 years of staffing or related management experience.
- Proven success in sales, client management, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and staffing operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
