Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Seasonal Irrigation Service Administrator to support our Residential
Irrigation Service Division from March through November.

This position plays an important role in keeping our service operations organized during peak
season. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in
Microsoft Excel and enjoys structured, process-driven administrative work.

This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time, year-round role for
the right candidate.

Target start date: within the next 23 weeks.

Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Answer inbound service calls and emails
• Provide basic service information for startups and winterizations
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service history
• Maintain professional and timely communication

Administrative & Data Support

• Maintain Residential seasonal startup and winterization tracking spreadsheets
• Prepare and maintain Residential seasonal startup and winterization service lists
• Enter and update customer information in CRM
• Process service work orders and update job notes
