Our agency emphasizes strong client relationships, practical insurance guidance, and community engagement.

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage while providing exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. This is a structured sales position with a combination of hourly and commission compensation.

• Advise clients on insurance needs and coverage options
• Develop and maintain ongoing client relationships
• Assist clients with policy service, renewals, and claims support
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and sales skills

• Current Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Ability to obtain Life & Health license if not already held
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional approach to client engagement
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• $16.00 – $28.00 per hour (Base pay plus commission)
• Commission structure rewards individual production and client service
