**This is an in-office position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm**

As Regional Executive Director , you will inspire and guide a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to the individuals we serve. In this high-impact role, you will oversee operations across your region, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintain accurate records, and implement innovative programs that put choice, dignity, and individual growth at the center of every service. What You Will Do:

  • Lead and develop Directors through clear expectations and accountability
  • Identify gaps quickly and prioritize what matters most
  • Eliminate rework by ensuring clarity before action
  • Build a culture where teams:
    • Solve problems
    • Communicate effectively
    • Take ownership of outcomes
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive regional strategy and execution

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations
  • 5+ years of leadership experience preferred (demonstrated progression in responsibility strongly valued)
  • Ability to develop leaders , not just manage them
  • Strong decision-making under pressure
  • High level of accountability—solution driven
  • Experience in HCBS, healthcare, or human services preferred
  • Demonstrates full ownership of results—both successes and failures
  • Addresses issues directly and proactively rather than avoiding them
  • Holds team members accountable while actively supporting their success
  • Communicates clearly, consistently, and in a timely manner
  • Following through on commitments without exception

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and professional experiences:

  • Education Requirement: Minimum Education Requirement of High School Diploma/GED equivalent.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • May require lifting at times, up to 35 pounds. Lifting more than 35 pounds requires the use of a two-person lift, mechanical lift, or assistive equipment.
  • May require prolonged sitting and working at a computer for up to eight (8) hours.
  • May require frequent bending, stooping, and stretching.
  • May require prolonged standing for up to eight (8) hours.
  • May require the ability to ascend and descend steps or stairs throughout the workday.
  • Must wear hearing and eye protection in required areas.
  • Must have ability to: See objects/persons at a distance. Perform close visual work (e.g., reading typed or handwritten material). Hear conversations in both quiet and noisy environments. Localize sound direction and distinguish among various auditory signals (e.g., bells, buzzers, beeps, horns).
  • Must be able to communicate effectively through speech.
  • Must have ability to drive and transport for service provision as needed.
  • Must remain awake and alert during working hours, where applicable.
