About the Role As a Insurance Representative,you would act as reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our insurance agency with policy servicing and administrative tasks. This role focuses on assisting existing clients, processing policy changes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day agency operations.

This is a non-sales position. The CSR will focus on delivering excellent service to our clients and supporting the agency team.

Work Environment

This role involves daily interaction with clients and insurance carriers and requires strong attention to detail and professionalism. The CSR plays a key role in maintaining excellent service standards for our clients.
