First Choice Imaging is expanding to St. George! We’re seeking a skilled X-RayTechnologist who is passionate about patient care, community health, and delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging.
We currently serve patients across Northern Utah and are thrilled to bring this exceptional care to Southern Utah.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare patients for imaging exams by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the exam.
* Operate X-ray machines with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
* Collaborate with radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to perform diagnostic radiology exams as ordered.
* Review images for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to obtain outpatientoptimal diagnostic results.
* Maintain detailed records of procedures performed, patient information, and imaging data in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Stay current with advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques to continuously improve service quality.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience operating diagnostic imaging equipment.
* Excellent understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and diagnostic radiology principles.
* Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
