Next Level Staffing is currently recruiting for a Receiver for a client located in the Hartland area.

Hours: 700AM-3:30 (depending on deliveries)

Summary

A receiving clerk will be responsible for receiving, putting away, checking, and recording incoming shipments of various materials and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Receive and sign for deliveries
• Unloads incoming freight from truck dock
• Record and reject damaged items
• Report damaged goods to interested parties
• Ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list and our PO
• Complete daily receiving entries into computer system
• Alert necessary parties for over/under shipments, discrepant material, or mismatched pack list
• Labels all incoming parts with part number, date, PO, shelf location and quantity
• Prepare and put away received parts
• FIFO material as received
• Help material handlers pull jobs as time permits
• Assure proper storage conditions
• Maintains safe work environment, reports or corrects any unsafe acts or conditions
• Conduct regular cycle counts
• Other duties as assigned
